TSKHINVALI - South Ossetia will not join a meeting in Geneva between the working groups for incident prevention in the Caucasus, proposed by European Union monitors.
"The South Ossetian side in the Geneva discussions has warned all on many occasions that we will not take part in these meetings before we receive information about the missing South Ossetian citizens. Our position remains unchanged," South Ossetian envoy for post-conflict settlement Boris Chochiyev told Interfax on Saturday.
"The fate of our citizens remains unknown to us to this moment," Chochiyev said.
